EFMI Events for 2011

EFMI President John Mantas has his end of 2010 and 2011 New Year message on the EFMI (European Federation for Medical Informatics) web portal (www.efmi.org).

He notes, in particular, the two major EFMI scientific events for 2011, and encourages everyone to attend to make them successful:

“Our first EFMI event will be the STC2011 in Laško, Slovenia during spring 2011. Both LOC and SPC are working very hard to organise the best ever STC. The programme is ready and will be distributed early 2011.

The same goes also for the MIE2011 in Oslo, Norway. LOC and SPC are working for almost two years to organise our major EFMI annual event. As we missed this year our MIE conference everyone is eager to participate in the next MIE Conference in Oslo at the last days of summer 2011.”

The websites of the two events are: http://www.stc2011.org and http://www.mie2011.org
