Calls for Papers: HIC 2013 and Big Data 2013 (HISA, Australia)

HISA, the Health Informatics Society of Australia, (www.hisa.org.au) has announced calls for papers for two important events in 2013 – their annual HIC conference and their Big Data 2013 event.

HIC 2013 – Health Informatics: Digital Health Service Delivery – the Future is Now! will be held on July 15-18, 2013 in Adelaide, Australia. Full information on the Call for Papers, expressions of interest, etc is available via the HIC 2013 website at http://www.hisa.org.au/page/hic2013

Paper submission deadline is Monday 18 February.

Big Data 2013 will follow on from the success of HISA’s Data Governance conferences of 2011 and 2012. Big Data 2013 is Australia’s first Big Data in biomedicine and healthcare conference. The conference will focus on issues around big data, biomedical informatics, personalised medicine, genomics, health 2.0 and data governance. The event will be held on 18-19 April, 2013 at Rydges, Melbourne,. Australia.

31st Annual Rutgers Interprofessional International Technology Conference: Call for Abstracts

The 31st Annual Rutgers Interprofessional International Technology Conference, organised by the Rutgers College of Nursing, will be held on April 5- 7, 2013. The conference theme will be “Interprofessional Use of of Technology to Promote Quality and Safety in Healthcare Education and Practice”, and the event will be held at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA

The Call for Abstracts is open, and information, with links to abstract format details, is on the Rutgers College of Nursing website.

The Call for Abstracts closes on 01 December, 2012.

The current list of speakers includes:
