Medinfo2013 SPC co-chairs Dominik Aronsky (Switzerland) and Tze-­‐Yun Leong (Singapore), together with IMIA VP Medinfo Riccardo Bellazzi (Italy) and the Danish LOC, lead by Lene Vistisen and Knut Bernstein (both Denmark), are pleased to announce that the submission system for Medinfo2013 is now open. Important Closing Dates:

10 December 2012 for Papers, Student Papers, and Poster Submissions
10 January 2013 for Panels, Tutorials, Workshops, Demo Proposals and Care for the World Proposal Submissions

Please distribute this information widely among your friends and colleagues, consider submitting your work to Medinfo2013, and we look forward to seeing you in Copenhagen, Denmark in late August, 2013.

If you have already been registered with the online-registry system through a previous conference (Medinfo or MIE), then your account may already be set up – please log in and update your details. Otherwise, please register to be able to pre-register for Medinfo2013, submit your contributions for Medinfo2013 and view information about your submissions.

Instructions for authors in relation to the categories of submissions are available on the Medinfo2013 website – via http://www.medinfo2013.dk/node/13  We ask that you read the categories of submission carefully – especially new categories such as the ‘Care of the World mini-symposium’ – and make sure that you submit your work to the appropriate category.

We remind you to adhere as closely as possible to the submission formats – submissions that do not conform may be rejected without review.
