Member Updates Miscellany

IMIA members and colleagues may be interested in some changes since the last (2011) General Assembly meeting in Oslo. These relate to the details of IMIA representatives, and to applications from new IMIA members.

Changes to IMIA representation

The AMIA representative to IMIA is now Dr John Holmes.

The GMDS (German Association for Medical Informatics, Biometry and Epidemiology) representative to IMIA is now Prof. Dr. Petra Knaup-Gregori.

The IAMI (Indian Association for Medical Informatics) representative to IMIA is now Dr Shashi Bhushan (SB) Gogia.

New provisional IMIA Members

The following have been granted provisional IMIA membership, subject to the approval of the 2012 General Assembly meeting:
