World Health Statistics 2011

World Health Statistics 2011, published by the World Health Organization (WHO) contains WHO’s annual compilation of health-related data for its 193 Member States, and includes a summary of the progress made towards achieving the health-related Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and associated targets.

The full report is available in three languages (English, French and Spanish) and available from: http://www.who.int/whosis/whostat/2011/en/index.html

WHO Global Health Observatory is an additional resource, now with over 50 databases and analyses and more than 800 indicators easily accessible through a single entry point from the top menu of WHO’s web site under “Data and Statistics”. See http://www.who.int/gho/en/
