One year to Medinfo2010

MedInfo2010, the 13th International Congress on Medical Informatics, starts one year from today, on 12 September 2010 in Cape Town, South Africa. Full information is on the conference website at http://www.medinfo2010.org/

An important deadline before then – 30 September 2009 is the closing date for submissions of papers, posters, panels, and all other kinds of scientific submission. The conference submission website is at http://medinfo2010.online-registry.net/

The first keynote speaker has been announced – Nada Lavrac, Head of the Department of Knowledge Technologies at the Jozef Stefan Institute, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Her main research interests are in machine learning, relational data mining, knowledge management, and applications of intelligent data analysis in medicine and bioinformatics.
