eHealth Forum 2009, Hong Kong

The eHealth Forum 2009 in Hong Kong is designed to share ideas promoting inter-operability of eMR/ePR systems and seamlessness in eHR sharing and gain a more in-depth appreciation of current and future development plans for electronic medical / patient record (eMR / ePR) eHR sharing system in public and private healthcare sectors.

The event, with the theme/title of “We care, we share: creating our ehealth future”,  will be held on 8 – 9 October 2009 (Thursday – Friday) at the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, 99 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong.

The abstract submission and early bird registration deadlines are 15 August, 2009.

Keynote speakers include Ed Hammond (HL7, Duke University, Mike Bainbridge (NHS Connecting for Health), Marc Probst (Intermountain Healthcare Inc.), Victor Strecher (HealthMedia Inc.) and Yu Yi (Cisco).
